History Established in 2016. BrainStorm was founded to challenge the status quo in education. Established in 2006 by Scott Doty and Ashley DiPetrillo in Franklin Lakes, BrainStorm opened a second location at the Sportika complex in Manalapan in 2016. Meet the Manager Janine W. Manager Janine is the Director of Sportika’s BrainStorm. She attended Ithaca College, where she earned a BA in Psychology. She then went on to study at The George Washington University and received her MA in School Counseling. Janine’s areas of expertise include college coaching and tutoring students with special learning needs.
