Taming the SAT provides weekend workshops to prepare high school students for the SAT Reasoning test.We also offer private, and small group tutoring in two hour blocks of time. History Established in 1982. Taming the SAT was developed at the University of Southern California (USC) in the School of Education in 1982. Since that time we have helped over 120,000 students in California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada.The workshop was designed as an effective, affordable, and concise workshop. Unlike most SAT prep workshops, our workshops are conducted by professional teachers and professors.
