National College Planning Solutions is a full service college planning company. Every family is unique, therefore we create individualized plans that provide the direction and guidance necessary for a successful transition into college. History Established in 2012. Cindy and Derek Costley became College Planners after they sent two children to college in the same year. Believing that they would not have enough funds, they worked with a college planning company who assisted them with both the financial details and the application process. However there was something missing; a personal touch and focus on the individual needs of each child and the family as a whole. This philosophy has become the cornerstone of National College Planning Solutions’ mission.
