Nena is a career counselor and only a career counselor, giving her greater skill and further depth in working with career related issues – she knows what it truly takes to find a satisfying career. Nena specializes in working specifically with career changers and people who are in career transition. She helps her clients explore careers that match their skills, interests and values by fit and the situations they are in. Nena tries to make the job search less overwhelming by helping her clients focus and develop a “career identity” which enables them to more readily identify and grab opportunities. History Established in 2003. Nena worked as a career counselor at Barnard College, Columbia University and NYU Stern School of Business and earned two masters degrees in psychology from Columbia University before starting her career counseling business in 2003.
