An educational evaluation can provide valuable information for individuals and their families about how they learn. Individuals who struggle with learning often feel like they are "stupid", and go to school each day with high frustration and anxiety regarding academic tasks. This naturally affects social interactions with peers and sometimes with teachers. Sonya believes strongly that an educational evaluation can give individual learners important information about areas that are considered to be weaknesses, but more importantly areas of strength. Utilizing the results found with a comprehensive evaluation leads to finding answers as to how to help each individual learner. This includes accommodations to the learning environment that can be easily implemented to help reduce feelings of inadequacy and frustration
