I advise students who want to pursue an education in theater. I work primarily with high school students who have their eyes on college or summer high school drama programs. To serve them in the best way possible, I founded Nothing But Drama in 2014.
I believe that an education in theater is an education for life.
Theater training provides students with so many skills and values — like discipline, collaboration and trust — and so many opportunities for introspection — as they grow both as artists and humans — that the benefits are great, giving them innumerable advantages in any field they choose.
This strong belief has propelled me into a life of guiding students through the world of theater education with the joyous understanding of how fruitful their journeys will inevitably be.
Students and families come to me for my expertise gained from 25 years in higher education administration, working exclusively with drama students. I am a member of the National Association of College Admissions Counselors (NACAC), the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA) and a former member of Actors Equity Association (AEA). I have a B.A. in Theater and Dance and an M.A. in English, both from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
