Your child deserves an excellent education and we are here to help provide it. History Established in 2012. Prestige Education was founded by an educator with 25 years of experience of teaching, evaluating schools as a District Administrator as well as being the principal of both elementary and secondary schools. These experiences helped shape our core values: Each child is unique with their own learning styles, interests, strengths and needs. We believe in teaching the whole child. Therefore, using a child’s strengths to help them reach their academic or artistic potential is the key to ensuring success.
Donna began her career in education as a classroom teacher of grades 4-8. After receiving a Masters Degree in Education of the Gifted and Talented, Donna recognized that children possess many different strengths. As a result, she learned as much as she could about each students and tapped into their strengths to help them learn. For example, a musician who had trouble with fractions learned that rhythmic notation is based on them. That was the key for his success with all aspects of fractions. After ten years in the classroom, Donna received a second Masters in Educational Leadership and became an Administrator of Special Education for 52 schools. As a result of her passion in individually customizing instruction, the Special Education units in the District received Most Improved honors. Donna then became the principal of two middle schools. The first school was removed from the State's List of Failing Schools and the second, though already successful, saw major gains in test scores.
