History Established in 2014. Golden Ticket Admissions was borne out of a growing need to provide parents and students with stronger agency in the increasingly competitive college admissions climate. Following her tenure as a member of the Stanford University Undergraduate Admissions committee, Ariel Mazel-Gee (Founder and Director) found that the current college admissions process was one that mystified families and caused undue stress on parents and students alike. She created Golden Ticket to help students from all backgrounds in taking control of their college admissions journeys, and help students around the globe gain admission to the universities of their dreams. Since it’s inception, Golden Ticket has served hundreds of students around the globe. The company continues to expand its scope to include a plethora of supportive services for those navigating the transition from high school to college.
Ariel, Founder and Director of Golden Ticket Admissions, is passionate about empowering young people to reach their greatest potential. She has been guiding students through the college admissions process in a multitude of capacities for nearly a decade. Her insider's view of college admissions stems from several years on Stanford University's Undergraduate Admissions committee, where she evaluated thousands of applications from students around the country. Since Golden Ticket's inception, Ariel has had the honor of guiding hundreds of students through the college admissions process.As a lifelong learner, her own educational trajectory includes a bachelors from Stanford University and a masters from University of Southern California. While working with students, Ariel combines her insider's knowledge with her expertise in personal narratives and passion for working with teens to help students of all levels and backgrounds craft unique and compelling college applications.
