After 15 years managing all aspects of marketing, Nick was flat burned out.He had managed small and large teams, had had some excellent training in organizational and individual development and was generally regarded as a good mentor and coach. He asked to be laid-off from Cisco Systems and left to reinvent himself. He turned to career coach, of 15 years, Susan Zitron for advice on career direction. It became immediately clear that career coaching and writing resumes was his destiny. He and Susan formed a partnership and Nick Parham Resumes, Career Counseling, Interview Training was formed. In 2004, Susan passed away. She and Nick had formed a strong personal bond over their philosophy that everyone deserved a fulfilling, rewarding life and career. Their job was to show people how to accomplish that goal.
