F&B provides educational solutions for children and adolescents through individual assessment, personally tailored learning programs, and one-on-one coaching. Services include Standardized Test Prep (SAT, ACT, AP, SAT Subject Tests, SSAT/ISEE), Educational Therapy, Subject Tutoring, College Advising, Writing Skills, and Educational Consulting. History Established in 2004. Our fundamental belief at Freudigman & Billings is that children learn best in the context of supportive relationships. Founded in 2004 by Dr. Kim Freudigman and Trey Billings, F&B embraces a student-centered process designed to respond to each student’s learning style, personality, and educational needs.Kim received her Ph.D. in psychology. Trey is a graduate of Cornell University and former manager of the Cognition and Development Lab at Yale University. After meeting at Yale and following several years of successful private tutoring, Kim and Trey opened their center and began building their team. Our center is more “campus” than “office.” Students are encouraged to come when they like, hang out with friends, play board games, do homework, have a snack, get some advice, or even catch a quick nap during finals time. We are proud of the collegiality that our building and our philosophy inspires, as well as the team of educators we have attracted as a result.
