Karl Lenss is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds both a Bachelor of Music (BM) degree in Music Education as well as a Masters of Educational Leadership (M.Ed.). �He is also an Illinois licensed K-12 teacher and general school administrator. �Karl is an associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and has completed the IECA Training Institute at Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, CA. � He is also a professional member of the American College Counseling Association (ACCA). �In addition to his work as an independent educational consultant, Karl has over a decade of classroom teaching experience in the Chicagoland area. �In his free time he enjoys skiing, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his wonderful wife Krista and dog Oliver.
