Meet the Manager Elizabeth R. Manager I have more than 15 years of university teaching experience, and really enjoy working with students. My teaching style is about establishing comfort with the process of learning, and making sure students know that the learning process is about whatever they need. Many students have been alienated or turned off to education by learning and teaching structures that really don’t work for them. I try to get to know my students enough to understand what motivates them, how they like to think and make sense of any particular problem or issue, and then work with them where they are. Students with learning or other disabilities are very welcome. As far as test preparation, I scored in the top 1% on the SAT, ACT, GRE and LSAT, and have learned multiple strategies for working with students who need skills training, need to improve reading comprehension or analytic abilities or need to be able to comprehend and process test material more quickly.
