Since its founding in 1997, Class 101 college planning franchise has helped thousands of high school students get into the best colleges for the best price. We believe every high school student should have a positive college experience and that families should, and can, pay less out of their own pockets for college. Millions of high school students enroll as college freshmen each fall. Too often, they miss out on tens of thousands of dollars of scholarship and grant money, and they end up unhappy and unsatisfied with their college experience. The average Class 101 student applies to 10 schools and earns $200,000 in scholarships and financial aid, while the typical high school student gets accepted into just two or three schools and earns $20,000 in scholarships and aid. We work one-on-one with students to ensure they have laid the groundwork to ensure a successful college career.
I came to Class 101 seeking help for my daughter who was a Junior in high school at the time. And I just loved their passion for helping kids get into colleges and their ability to help their parents save money in the process that I just had to be a part of the Class 101 family. Since I had been working in Learning and Development for the more than 14 years, I thought this business would be a perfect opportunity to use the knowledge and skills I have learned over the years to help others. So all the stars lined up and I decided that Class 101 would allow me to positively impact my community by helping young people find the right college for them, be able to afford it without accumulating a heaping pile of debt in the process and graduate from college in 4-5 years. I enjoy working with students and helping them identify and achieve their goals!
